Affordable Housing

In cities across the country, soaring rent prices and the severe lack of affordable housing units continue to displace low-income communities and keep basic housing needs out of reach. To many, home ownership is a lifelong goal, but due to rising home prices, high interest rates, rigid underwriting requirements, and a lack of available homes for sale, it has become increasingly difficult to achieve this aspiration. I continue to work towards impactful solutions to the housing crisis, and as a member of the Congressional Renters Caucus I strive to be a voice for the millions or renters in the country and in my district.

This information below is for individuals affected by the housing crisis or seeking information on how to buy or rent a home. Please contact our office for assistance with any questions or problems you may have.
