Congressional App Challenge Submissions

October 30

The U.S. House of Representatives hosts an annual district-wide Congressional App Challenge for middle and high school students in hopes of inspiring, including, and innovating efforts around STEM, coding, and computer science education. Students are encouraged to learn to code and are inspired to pursue careers in computer science. Winning teams will be publicly recognized and invited to present their work at the U.S. Capitol’s #HouseofCode celebration. The winning app will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol Building for one year. Students may use ANY programming language to create an app for ANY platform, ranging from mobile, PC, web, and more. We encourage students to build a project that excites them!
