U.S. Representative Yvette D. Clarke (NY-11), released the following statement upon learning of the illness of her colleague, Rep. Julia Carson.

 

“I was deeply saddened to hear about Rep. Julia Carson’s illness.  Even in the midst of this situation, she continues to be an invaluable resource for not only her district but for the 110^th Congress as we work together to build a stronger and better America.  My prayers, best wishes and gratitude are extended to Rep.
