Clarke Receives ‘A’ Grade on Middle-Class Report Card

“I am honored to receive this recognition,” state Rep. Clarke.  “I was elected by the people of central Brooklyn to represent the entire community and the middle-class is certainly an important part of it.  In the midst of an economic downturn the hard working families of the 11th Congressional District can rest assured that I hear their concerns and am hard at work on their behalf.”
