expedite food aid, debt relief and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to the people of Haiti.

“The situation in Haiti is dire,” stated Congresswoman Clarke.  “This is not a time for political posturing or feel good rhetoric.  We are calling on President Bush to make this issue a priority and to provide immediate aid to the men, women and children that are suffering as a result of the nation’s economic instability.”
