Rep. Yvette D. Clarke will host a telephone town hall meeting on Thursday to discuss the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009 as it relates to tax credits and education.

This is the first of three telephone town hall meetings Rep. Clarke will host through April 2nd.  The biweekly meetings will allow constituents to have a substantive conversation about the various provisions of the recovery package.  It will also give constituents an opportunity to ask Rep. Clarke questions regarding how the recovery package will directly affect the 11^th Congressional District.
