Arlington, Va., January 15, 2014—A new bill would enhance cybersecurity through improved access to defensive technology, greater information sharing,  and better collaboration between government and industry, the Professional Services Council (PSC) said in a January 14 letter supporting the “National Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Protection Act of 2013,” H.R. 3696.
