Congresswoman Clarke Condemns Bomb Threat at the Jewish Children’s Museum in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – Congresswoman Clarke released the following statement about the bomb threat at the Jewish Children’s Museum in Brooklyn:

“The bomb threat that was called into the Jewish Children’s Museum in Brooklyn earlier today was a disgraceful act of cowardice. While I am relieved that there was no physical harm or damage to the museum and its employee and visitors, this threat represents the vilest forces of hatred and bigotry in our society

“Sadly, this threat comes after weeks of unprecedented anti-Semitic threats to Jewish institutions across our country, as well as acts of hatred, bigotry, and violent attacks in other ethnic and religious communities. I commend our law enforcement officials for dealing with this threat promptly and call upon them to find and apprehend all those responsible for these harmful and hateful acts and make sure that they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
