Congresswoman Clarke Celebrates Passover
Brooklyn, N.Y. – “Chag Sameach! I want to wish the Jewish Communities of the Ninth District Congressional District of New York and throughout Brooklyn, a wonderful Passover. It’s an occasion for families and friends to gather for the Passover Seder and reflect upon and celebrate the deliverance of the Jewish people from slavery and persecution in Egypt. The narrative of Exodus continues to inspire people across the globe in their search for liberty. I'd like to urge everyone in Brooklyn to reflect on the sojourn to Freedom that is embedded in the history of the Jewish People as the Passover Holiday commences and to share in the blessings of Freedom from bondage and persecution that is at the core of its observance.”
